Before You Order:

1. Make sure you have somewhere cool and dark to store 50 litres of beer!

A refrigerator is best but, failing that, any cool, dark place will do. Treat the beer as if it were a dairy product.
If fridge space is a problem, consider splitting your batch with a buddy.

2. Have payment ready.

Provincial Liquor Laws stipulate that you MUST pay for our products at the time of ordering.
The West Coast Brew Shop's "U-Brew/U-Vin" license doesn't allow us to sell liquor--only the raw ingredients
that go into producing it. Paying up front means you're buying the ingredients, not the liquor.
Nor are you paying taxes on a finished alcohol product. We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, Debit or Cash.

3. Place your (paid) order as soon as possible.

Our Brewmaster and kettles are usually heavily-booked, so the sooner you order, the better. When you order, please
ask West Coast Brew Shop staff to quote you the current "ready-by" date. This is the earliest that your beer can be
available for bottling or canning. Our Brewmaster CANNOT honour rush orders. A good rule of thumb
is to place your (paid) order three weeks in advance.

4. Don't forget your beer.

If you "abandon" your finished beer, we will try to contact you, and help you schedule a convenient bottling or canning time.
If we are unable to reach you after a reasonable waiting period, we will destroy your batch,
for legal and sanitary reasons.
